Privacy Policy — Waitlist

This policy explains how Nomis Pro ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this marketing website and its waitlist. The Nomis Pro platform (the application) is covered by a separate privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Nomis Pro, based in Austria and France, is the data controller. Privacy contact: hello@nomispro.com.
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the page/source you signed up from. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
3. Why, and on what basis
We use your email to operate the waitlist and send you Nomis product and launch updates. Our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see §6).
4. Who processes it
We share your data only with service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting/database provider (Supabase) and our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions.
5. International transfers & retention
Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g. in the US) under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the waitlist.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@nomispro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your EU data protection authority.
